"The Tide" by Kit Farnsworth

It's easy to see why Kit Farnsworth chairs are so popular at our annual Hannah's Chairs auction. This year's offering featured intricately painted gulls on a beach lapped by frothy waves and accented by seaweed and seashells. Always exquisitely attentive to detail, Kit Farnsworth this year produced the only four-figure chair of the evening. The winning bid was $1100.
