"Necessary Chair (Seat of Privilege"" by Bill Scavone

This one wins the whimsy award for the
evening! As auctioneer Chuck Eaton noted, "This chair has everything!" Even as it pushes
the envelope of Adirondack chair functionality, this chair is irresistibly clever, from its toilet paper
holder with the empty roll to its holder for reading matter for "the throne" to its built-in
toilet seat cover.
(A flashlight in there lights when you lift the lid!) The back of the chair sports a stove-pipe chimney and roofing
shingles. Even the title is clever, with the sound of "privy" in the word "privilege"
meant to keep us from getting too full of ourselves - or of what outhouses are designed
to get rid of! One can only imagine the fun Bill must have had creating this one.
